• What are the access points to and from the properties, as well as the designated parking areas for the vehicle(s)? 
• Should we temporarily close a parking spot? Is it necessary to remove furniture through a window, utilize lifting machinery, or navigate stairs repeatedly? 
• Does the customer need packing services from us?
• We also need to estimate the volume of items to be packed and determine if any furniture needs to be dismantled or reassembled.
